LDG version 2.00,

LDG 2 is now released !!! This version is now really fast because 
libraries are directly loaded by the LDG internal cookie and not 
by an external GEM  program (LDG manager). Thus the GEM protocol 
exchanging data between clients and manager is now obsolet. However, 
manager is kept for backward compatiblity with client compiled with 
LDG 1.xx. So, LDG 2 is fully compatible with LDG 1.xx.
